Lean ist eine Methode, um Verschwedung zu reduzieren.

Viele von uns kennen das Toyota Haus, mit seinen Säulen (Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Respekt für Menschen), dann gibt es das 4P Modell von Liker aus "Der Toyota Weg". 
Wieder andere haben 5 Prinzipien identifizieren können, die Lean ausmachen.

Man sieht schon, dass es viele unterschiedliche Interpretationen und daraus abgeleitet auch andere Herangehensweisen an das Thema Lean gibt.

Aus diesem Grund wollen wir uns am 21.03.2013 beim Lean Stammtisch in Stuttgart über das Fundament von Lean unterhalten.

Was sind die Prinzipien, die euch bei eurer täglichen Verbesserungsarbeit antreiben?

Many of us have heard about the Toyota house, with its columns are (continuous improvement and respect for people), then the 4P model of Liker's "The Toyota Way".
Still others have identified five principles that constitute lean for them.


We can already see that there are many different interpretations and different approaches to the topic of Lean.

For this reason, we want to talk about it on 03/21/2013 at Lean meeting in Stuttgart.
